Beet and Chia Seeds Smoothie with Fruit

 

Smoothie Ingredients for 1 serving:

1/4 cup almond milk or water

Half a cup of ice cubes and a little water

1 teaspoon of Chia seeds

1/2 fresh beet

1 small pear or 1/2 of semi-soft peach

1 date medjool (or other date kind that is soft)

 

 

Green Smoothie with Chia seeds

Recipe for 1 serving! (If you need more, just multiply the amounts accordingly)

Smoothie Ingredients:

1/4 cup of almond milk (or water)

Half a cup of ice cubes and a little water

1 teaspoon of Chia seeds

3 washed lettuce leaves (the green ones, not the white ones that are close to the lettuce base)

Half a banana (you can freeze eat the night before)

1 Medjool date (or any other soft kind of dates)

 

Pink Smoothie with Chia seeds

Smoothie Ingredients for 1 serving:

1/4 cup of almond milk

Half a cup of ice cubes and a little water

1 teaspoon of Chia seeds

1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons of fresh or frozen berries, or 5-6 cherries

 

Preparation Directions:

* Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on max speed till the mass becomes smooth. Pour into the glass and serve while still cold!

* Optional: you can add a spoon of maca root powder to your morning shake to boost your energies and vitality.
