Chocolate Maca Ice Cream Recipe

1 cup of soaked cashew nuts

2 tablespoons of maca powder

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon of genuine vanilla essence

1/4 cup of maple syrup or date honey syrup

1 ripe banana

1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs

Preparation Directions

Mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate in a blender until you receive nice smooth texture.

Put it to a plastic box and put into the freezer for an hour.

Remove from the freezer and stir in chopped chocolate and return to freezer for another 6-8 hours.

If you have an Ice cream machine, you can make ice cream in the machine and put it in the freezer for a few hours.

Before serving, leave the ice cream outside the freezer for a couple of minutes. And now it's ready for serving! Enjoy.
